Niklas Faust is an attorney licensed to practice law in Germany and a member of the Berlin Bar Association.
Niklas currently serves as managing director of the Flower Foundation (Zug, Switzerland),
a non-profit foundation with the purpose of developing open source technology for human coordination in virtual worlds.
Next to his his role at the Flower Foundation, Niklas advises companies, creators, artists and builders in the technology, media and financial services industries.
Niklas has a focus on SaaS, distributed ledger technology, financial markets regulation, intellectual property and gaming.
With an entrepreneurial mind, understanding of business needs and relevant technologies and a practical, solution oriented approach, Niklas supports his clients in designing and implementing their ideas in a complex and constantly changing global legal and regulatory environment.
Between 2022 and 2025, Niklas lead the in-house practice at the gaming startup Klang Games GmbH in Berlin.
Before joining Klang Games GmbH, Niklas built the in-house practice for the SaaS scale-up Productsup as General Counsel.
Prior, Niklas worked for various law firms such as GreenbergTraurig and Milbank as well as in-house with PayPal.
Niklas studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin.
